In this short video, he makes his point, that if you are a small enough employer, it is almost impossible to get any financial breaks to provide coverage for employees, thus many small companies are ceasing to offer health insurance and sometimes the expense means the difference between staying in business or closing the doors as profit levels continue to get smaller with the present economic conditions. 

He also identifies that even large companies are making adjustments, higher co-pays, and other limits and qualifications to be able to afford to continue providing coverage.  BD
